FALL 2024
My castmates and I were privileged enough to be the inaugural cast of Storyland's Happy Hauntings! This park has never had a Halloween season, but for the 75th year of operation, they took their season up a notch. RWS created all new shows for this special time of year and we have been having a blast. This is my second year spending Halloween in an amusement park and if there was one season to work in a park- it's the fall. Seeing the kiddos in costumes, and experiencing something completely new has been very heartwarming. It has been a long six months in New Hampshire but I am ready to take on the next adventure with open arms. Stay tuned for what's next on this crazy ride!
SUMMER 2024...
STORYLAND PT. 2
I know, I'm a little surprised too!
After many, many months of auditions, callbacks, self-tapes, traveling, emailing (if you know, you know), and more I am happy to announce I will be heading back to Storyland in Glen, New Hampshire! This will be the first time in my career that I am a returner, which is a new and exciting adventure. I will be playing many roles once again as the swing, as well as enjoying the mountains from May to October! This audition season taught me so much about this career and the crazy industry we all work in. I've made discoveries about who I am, what I want, and the challenges of post-graduate life. All to say that following your dreams has its ups and downs, but my passion for performing is unwavering and I am overjoyed to have that opportunity once again very soon.
Also! Big thanks to RWS for their continued support and commitment to helping me pursue my dreams!
January to March Means Audition Season
Some lucky (and talented) ducks spend the first few months of the year getting to perform but for the majority of us, it's full-fledged audition season! This was my first season not in school, so I could really focus my efforts on submitting. Every season has its ups and downs, but it seems like this was one particularly brutal. However, if you ask my dad I say that every year. I may not get every job I audition for (who does?), but I do work extremely hard and track my auditions extensively. I am happy to share my 2024 Summer Statistics to the right!

WINTER 2023
I am truly overjoyed to be back in a theatre and making my Great Plains Theatre debut! Not only have I been having a wonderful time with the process, creative team and cast, but this show allows me to be at home with my family for Christmas. Even at 22 years old I cannot fathom missing the gift of quality time over the holidays. I feel incredibly blessed and lucky to have the opportunities I do. Much of my time in the past few months has been filled with filming auditions, traveling to callbacks and reuniting with old friends. This season of life has been so rich and I can't wait to see what is next!
FALL 2023
So, what is Tori doing next?
....dressing up for Halloween, of course!
I am super stoked to announce that I will be continuing my journey with RWS! This fall I will be heading to Pennsylvania to perform at an amusement park called Idlewild & Soakzone. I will be a Vocalist for two shows as "The Witch," as well as singing and dancing as Jesse, your friendly neighborhood host.
SUMMER 2023
I am so excited to announce that I have signed with RWS Entertainment Group, which is an agency that casts mainly amusement parks and cruise lines!
I will be heading to Glen, New Hampshire for the summer to work at an amusement park called Storyland. There, I will be a female swing for 8 of their shows- so every day I will get to play a different character in a different show. I could not be more excited for this opportunity to challenge myself, sharpen my skills and gain experience in the field I love. This will be a quick turn around with mere days between graduation, callbacks in New York City (for potential future contracts) and starting my summer in New Hampshire. While I will miss my Cedar Point family from last summer, the joy and anticipation of this newfound experience is unparalleled.
Senior Showcase
The WIU Senior Showcase is finally live!

SPRING 2023 AT WIU:
DANCE CONCERT
I was in two pieces in the Dance Concert, including a 30 minute modern piece choreographed by both our of dance professors here at WIU- Donald Laney and Kristin Kavanagh. I also had the privilege of telling one of my friend's story through dance in her piece called "Painting Your Ghost."
SPRING 2023 AT WIU:
BYOP (BRING YOUR OWN PLAY)
Last year I wrote a play and this year I am in a play! BYOP is such a fun and exciting opportunity to bring original material to life. You can see me on stage in a play called "The Clarinet- Trumpet Attraction Hypothesis: Or The Marching Band Rom Com No One Asked For." This is a super fun way to glide into finals week!
SPRING 2023 AT WIU:
CABARET
Even as a senior I am being challenged on stage. We put on "Cabaret" a musical classic and I was a Kit Kat Girl! This challenged me as a dancer and as an actor, but was ultimately so rewarding in the end. Pictures can be found here!
FALL 2022 AT WIU:
SMALL MOUTH SOUNDS
This semester I had the incredibly opportunity to work with one of my favorite directors here at Western- Meagan Morrow. Meagan is a graduate student getting her MFA in Directing and this amazing play was her thesis. I was challenged in so many ways by this play and by this character. This was truly one of the most inspiring projects I have been apart of here and I will always be thankful for that.
FALL 2022 AT WIU:
I ATTENDED UPTAS IN MEMPHIS
After many years of waiting because of Covid-19, I finally got the chance to attend my first true in person cattle call. It was exciting and scary but such a learning curve. I look forward to going back with my newfound knowledge!
FALL 2022 AT WIU:
SENIOR SHOWCASE
Here at WIU we put on an in person Senior Showcase and a virtual showcase, each serving a different purpose. I am so blessed to have my family members and friends support me in this career. It was truly special getting to chare this with them.
SUMMER 2022 WORK
Improv Actor at Cedar Point Amusement Park
While last year I got to work with the Dakota Prairie Regional Center for the Arts in New Rockford, North Dakota singing the best 60's doo-wop music with some of my best friend's from college, this summer has been a major change of pace. I have spent the last couple months with 5 roles in my head and endless possibilities of where a scene could go. My time was predominantly spent on a moving boat, giving a tour of sorts but the best experiences were always when the script would fall away. I have learned so much about bouncing off of people, thinking on my feet and trusting my instincts. Working for an amusement park has been an incredibly fun and rewarding experience. The friends I have made here are unparalleled and will be in my life for a very long time. It is the biggest blessing to find a job and people that are so hard to leave.

SPRING 2022 AT WIU:
DANCE CONCERT
I was in two pieces in the Dance Concert, as well as debuting as choreographer. My piece was about Temptation and what happens when we give into those thing. Do we regret our decisions? Do we miss innocence? Or do we become the tempter?
SPRING 2022 AT WIU:
BYOP (BRING YOUR OWN PLAY)
I wrote a play! It was just supposed to be a funny little project for one of my classes but it was chosen to be featured in BYOP. For those who do not know what this is, WIU produces between 5-10 original plays every Spring Semester.
UPCOMING?
While there is much to be done over Winter Break, I am hoping to head back to the Polar Express in St. Louis, MO for the Christmas Season!
